There are lot of different expensive brands, why should I pay more? this is exacly the acupresure mat that you need. I tried the mat after being recommended by a friend i’m glad i got one because I use it mornings and before going to bed. This mat isn’t just another scam because it works! It will take time of course because there is no miracles but it is great for back pain relief. The first couple of times I used the mat were an unusual and slightly uncomfortable experience but by the third time it didn’t really bother me. I have noticed an improvement in an existing shoulder/back problem so the pressure does seem to be helping. I will continue using the mat as I am all for alternative treatment.

This is a revelation! I got it for a bad back caused by sitting at a desk all day, but it turns out that it really does help you sleep – in fact I keep falling asleep on it when I don’t mean to! This is extremely unusual for me as I tend to sleep rather badly. I don’t really understand how it does this but I’m not complaining – and my back is better. A bit painful at first, but easy to get used to (I didn’t get the same effect at all when I tried it with a t-shirt). Weird and wonderful!

The one I have looks like a real fakir bed, and I’m happy with it. quite handy to shape to your curves. Nail bed is washable that’s the good part of course. I saw different colors also .. Mat is light and portable so it can be used anywhere – in the home, by the pool, on a sunbed… you can sit with your Acupresure mat behind your back, lie on it or use it for a yoga session. Try a 10-20 minute treatment using a light sheet over the points to start with and build up until you can lie with your naked skin at full pressure on the acupunture mat.

This mat is really good acupuncture or accupresure I am not familiar whith those terms but it works great. I found similar items like shakti mat, yantra mat, spike mat, nails of bed mat..you name it.. this is the best so far
